By accessing rokok1, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to copy of a valid Malaysian MyKad (National Identification Card), passport, or other government-issued identity document. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended pending verification or permanently closed at rokok1's sole discretion.
The Platform is operated for the Malaysian market and is primarily intended for residents of Malaysia. Users in Restricted Jurisdictions are not permitted to register or maintain an Account. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. rokok1 accepts no liability for any User who accesses the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is restricted or prohibited.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, rokok1 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any open bets, and confiscate any associated balances.
Accounts must be used by the registered account holder only. Sharing account credentials, permitting third parties to access your Account, or operating an Account on behalf of another person is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. rokok1 may at any time verify the accuracy of the information provided and may request supporting documentation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify rokok1 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your login credentials. rokok1 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials or from any unauthorised use of your Account.
rokok1 operates a risk-based KYC verification programme. Members may be required to complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal, when deposit thresholds are met, or where rokok1's fraud and compliance systems flag a review. Failure to complete KYC requirements within the timeframe communicated by rokok1 may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.
Acceptable KYC documents include a clear colour copy of a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, utility bill (for address verification), and bank statement or e-wallet transaction record (for payment method verification). All documents must be current and clearly legible.
rokok1 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sub-licence, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.
rokok1 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond rokok1's control. rokok1 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, provided reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance is given where practicable.
While rokok1 takes all reasonable steps to ensure that odds, game RTP information, and promotional details displayed on the Platform are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a manifest error in odds or payout calculations, rokok1 reserves the right to void affected bets and restate balances accordingly. Members will be notified of any such corrections promptly.
rokok1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels for Malaysian Members: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank), and select cryptocurrency options including USDT TRC20 and BTC. Transaction limits apply per payment method and per account tier. Standard minimum deposit is RM30 for e-wallet transactions and RM50 for bank transfers. rokok1 processes withdrawal requests in accordance with the Withdrawal Speed Promise published on the Platform. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five minutes. DuitNow and FPX withdrawals are typically processed within five to fifteen minutes. Bank wire and cryptocurrency withdrawals may take up to sixty minutes. All processing times are estimates and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
rokok1 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Deposits may only be made from payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Withdrawals will generally be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Any Member found to be using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes will have their Account immediately closed, all funds frozen pending investigation, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.
All bonuses and promotions offered by rokok1 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including any applicable wagering requirements, game contribution rates, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and maximum bet limits when a bonus is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds and any winings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Wagering requirements, where applicable, will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms. Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering completion (for example, slots may contribute100% while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate — specific rates are published per promotion).

Participation in the rokok1 Loyalty Programme and accumulation of loyalty points are governed by the programme terms published on the Platform. rokok1 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Loyalty Programme at any time, with reasonable advance notice provided to affected Members where practicable.
All sports bets, including those on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UFC, and other covered markets, are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted by the Platform. Bets placed after an event has commenced ("in-play bets") are subject to the live odds and rules applicable at the time of placement. In the event of late acceptance due to system latency, the odds at the time of server receipt shall govern.
All casino games are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer studios, as applicable. Published RTP figures are theoretical long-term return percentages calculated over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. You are granted a limited licence to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Platform. This licence does not include any right to: download or modify any part of the Platform (except where caching is inherent to normal browser operation); resell or commercially exploit any content; collect and use any product listings or descriptions; make any derivative use of the Platform or its content; or use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
rokok1 respects the intellectual property rights of third-party game studio partners whose titles are featured in the Platform lobby. All such titles are used under licence and remain the property of their respective rights holders.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rokok1 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services — even if rokok1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In particular, rokok1 shall not be liable for: gaming losses incurred through normal use of the Platform; losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond rokok1's reasonable control; losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where rokok1's security systems have not been breached; or reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently shown to contain a manifest error.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
rokok1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at any time and without prior notice, where: the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; rokok1 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; the Account has been inactive for a continuous period exceding twelve months; or closure is required by applicable law, regulation, or the instruction of a competent authority.
Where an Account is suspended for investigation purposes, rokok1 will retain any balance pending the outcome of the investigation. Where an Account is permanently closed due to a material breach of these Terms, any accumulated bonus balances and related winings may be forfeited.
Members may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the rokok1 support team. Where an Account is voluntarily closed in good standing (i.e., not in breach of these Terms), any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account wallet will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
rokok1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, rokok1 will provide reasonable advance notice to Members via the Platform, registered email address, or other appropriate communication channel. The date of the most recent revision will be clearly displayed at the top of this document.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Clause 13.2 above.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies designated by rokok1, as communicated to Members from time to time.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
